Account

My Account is the easiest and most convenient way to manage and update your personal information with us. Through My Account, you can:
✔️ View your order status and order history
✔️ Make payments securely
✔️ Manage your bank information
✔️ Set your preferences for emails and notifications
✔️ Update your personal details effortlessly

Registering with us ensures that your progress is recorded seamlessly. Without registration, we won’t be able to track your purchases or provide a transparent record of your transactions. Sign up for a hassle-free experience and keep a proper record of all your orders with us!

To update your personal information, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to My Account > Profile > Personal Info
2. Update your email address or add/edit your addresses
3. Click "Save Changes" to apply the updates

Order Status

After placing and confirming your order, a confirmation page will appear displaying your unique Order ID, shipping address, and estimated delivery date. You will also receive an email and SMS with your order details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a confirmation call from our executive to ensure timely dispatch.

You can easily track your order status and related details in the 'My Account' section. Simply:

1️⃣ Go to My Account and click on 'My Orders' to view all your orders.
2️⃣ To check the status of a specific order, click on the 'Detail' option next to it.

No, creating an account is not required to place an order. You can check out as a guest by providing a valid email address for correspondence.

However, we highly recommend creating a Healthmug account to easily track and manage all your orders with us.

For any particular product, the maximum quantity that can be purchased at a time is 10.

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to My Orders
2️⃣ Click Change Order > Cancel Order
3️⃣ Click the ❌ (X) sign next to the order you wish to cancel
4️⃣ Select a Reason for Cancellation
5️⃣ Click Confirm Order Changes > Yes

Your order cancellation will be processed accordingly.

  • Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping fee.
  • Orders above ₹500: Free shipping.
    COD Orders Below ₹500: Both ₹50 shipping + ₹50 COD charges apply.

For deliveries outside India, please place your order and then contact us for further assistance with international shipping details.
